Don’t be alarmed, you are at the correct website!

Recently, the assets of Security Associates International, Inc. (SAI) were acquired by CastleRock Security, Inc. which will continue to provide the same excellent service that you have come to expect. You should also know that the terms and conditions of your alarm agreement are unaffected by this acquisition. Even your account number will remain the same.

What is changing is the website.

Within the next few weeks, CastleRock Security’s new, information rich and customer service driven website, www.CastleRockSecurity.com, will be launched. In the meantime, you can still access and manage your alarm account information by entering your User ID and Password in the appropriate boxes on the left of this screen.
